My back

On November 12, 2010, I went in for back surgery.  I have spondylothisthesis which caused my disc to collapse and compromised a nerve root (L-5 and S-1).  Here are my x-rays after the surgery, taken today.

You can totally see the threads on the screws!  In the first x-ray you can see that this contraption is holding the vertebrae apart now although it not completely lined up like it should be.  Hopefully this does the job!  It would be nice to be free from that pain.

That's fascinating. Who comes up with these fixes? I hope it works well for you.
