Our 4th of July always consists of the Kaysville Parade. It's a long one! After the parade and ensuing traffic, we made our way to the Hogle Zoo with Karl and Alecia's friend, Melissa Hunt. We then grilled some burgers and went to Melissa's house to play outside games and wait for the fireworks. Her family has some connections! We sat in a fantastic place to see the fireworks and hear the music that accompanied them. Getting home was a bit difficult, but it always is. Happy Independence Day!
The Zoo has new critters--dinosaurs!
Zuri, the baby elephant is growing so fast!
